In this project, we aim to conduct an observational study of two kinds of near-Earth space objects. The first one is natural objects including asteroids and comets. The second one is the artificial objects including man-made satellites and space debris. This study will be based on astronomical observations that will be taken by existing facilities at our institute (NRIAG). The current NRIAG facilities are three telescopes (11, 14, and 74 inches), at the Kottamia Astronomical Observatory (KAO). The obtained observational data can be used to determine the physical and dynamic properties of the study objects with a wide range of brightness and angular size.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0 Author: <\/strong>Klyuikov A.A. &#8211; Institute of Astronomy RAS<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title: <\/strong>Calculation of the Components of the Gravitational Potential Tensor in the Local North-Oriented Frame<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstracts:<br \/>\n<\/strong>In the Guide to Mathematical Processing of Level 2 Gradiometric Measurements of the GOCE Project, the LNOF coordinate system is presented, with the y-axis directed to the West. Additionally, a transformation matrix from the LNOF coordinate system to the Earth Reference Frame (ERF) coordinate system is provided. The objective is to derive equations for computing the components of the gravitational potential tensor in the LNOF coordinate system of the GOCE project.
