In the conference can participate the researchers of the Institute whose age does not exceed 35 years. The aim of the conference is to enhance the professional level of young researchers. Work submitted by participants in written and oral form, are reviewed by the Commission consisting of employees of the Center. The Commission gives the participants advice and recommendations for improvement in the presentation of works.
