In the beginning of May, 2014, the IAU Executive Committee has approved the proposal (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inasan.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IAUS_2015_Letter_Approved_FM_Salama.pdf\">the acceptance letter<\/a>).
